Salon Policies

Service Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your hair care service, but if you are not, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after the service has been performed. Corrective services will not be allowed past 5 days of the initial service. We’ll do our best to make sure you are delighted with the results!


Refunds
All service fees are non-refundable, but we will be happy to schedule a corrective service if needed, free of charge. The service must be a mistake, not something you have changed your mind about. 🙂


Online Scheduling
Your online booking request will be based on stylist availability. Your request will be confirmed by Beautique via email. Your credit card will be required to make an online appointment and will be kept on file for future reservations.


RSVP
We make every effort to remind you of your appointment with us, with gentle reminders in email, text, and a phone call several days in advance. A response from you confirming your time is greatly appreciated! But sometimes plans change—if you give us a ‘heads up’ at least 24 hours in advance, that time can be used for someone on our waiting list. You might need that last-minute appointment someday!


Late Arrivals
We will do our best to work with you to fit you in, when you let us know you are running late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule. Please do be courteous to your stylist’s other guests and let us know if your plans change. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee, and those arriving 30 minutes late will forfeit their original appointment and be rescheduled and may have a $20 fee added to the next appointment.


No Show
Alas, ghosting has become a challenge for many stylists, when guests don’t confirm and don’t show for their appointment. You may think, “But I didn’t confirm!” But that is not enough for us; you really do need to let us know when you can’t make it since we do hold your appointment for you!
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service you have scheduled, if we can’t service another guest
• No Shows will be charged for 100% of the service you have scheduled
• When you book multiple services, expect to hold your reserved time by providing your credit card number. If you do not arrive as scheduled, you will be charged for the full amount of the service.
• If you No Show on a Re-Do reservation, we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
• If you No Show three times, we will think you don’t love us, and we’ll recommend another salon.


Privacy
Any proprietary information, like credit card numbers or health information will be strictly kept confidential and safe. Your information is never sold or shared.


Safety
Beautique has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly to any of our staff, or if their health might make service unsafe.


Don’t Worry, Be Happy
Unopened products may be exchanged for another hair care product within 30 days of the purchase date, or a Beautique gift card may be issued.


Children and Pets
Children over the age of 10 will be charged for full price services. As much as we love children, we do need to make sure our staff and guests are safe, so children under age 13 must be supervised by an adult. And we ask that you leave your beloved pets at home where they can be safe and happy.


Gift Certificate Policy
• Beautique Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of service, and must be presented at the
time of the service
• Copies of Beautique Gift Certificates are not valid
• All Beautique Gift Certificates are non-refundable
• Beautique Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash
• Beautique Gift Certificates are valid at Beautique for products and services
• Please call Beautique concerning lost Gift Certificates
